A similar battle for tribal religious and cultural rights was fought by the Dongria Kondhs of Niyamgiri Hills in Orissa, but a recent Supreme Court Judgement mandates the Gram Sabha to review their rights which gives some hope to Vedanta group. I wonder what is going to happen and will the tribal rights prevail or not?
